This is just a selection of recent projects.

2005-2010  Face-to-face interviews with senior stakeholders to assess perceptions of the effectiveness of a public sector communications initiative. Each year around 40 high level and very loosely structured interviews are used to audit the relationship between the client and several branches of government. Individual attributed interview reports are published on a secure portal; and their findings are used to make recommendations about the way in the client can improve its alignment with its major customer.

2005-2009  A global programme of telephone interviews for the manufacturer of a product which combines luxury and technology.  The survey started with a small number of qualitative interviews and evolved by stages until 600 interviews were carried out each quarter in Russian, Mandarin, French, German and English. Statistical analysis of the drivers of customer satisfaction and loyalty was performed for the product itself; and for the sales and post-sales processes.

2009  A telephone survey in the UK, France and Italy, examining reseller attitudes to a computer security product; and identifying areas in which the client could improve loyalty and business levels in channels for the SME market.

2009  Telephone depth interviews with scientists in Europe and North America, examining current practice and technology usage in biopharmaceutical development

2008  A quantification of the Eygptian telecommunications market.  1,00 face to face interviews with households and 500 business telephone interviews provided a detailed picture of attitudes to and usage of television, telephone services (fixed and mobile), the internet and data services. The survey results were used to model the business case for potential market entrant.

2008  Quantification of household usage of and attitudes to (Liquid Propane Gas) LPG across nine European countries.  1500 interviews in each country were carried using an online panel.

2008  A pricing survey carried out in the USA for an educational publisher.   Telephone interviews with university research administrators examined current methods of identifying funding opportunities for academic research;  and then assessed attitudes to a number of pricing options (using the van Westendorp model). 

2007  Optimisation of features and prices for multi-service bundles to be launched by a telecom operator in a Southern Europe market. Large scale market quantification involved a conjoint exercise

2006-2007   A programme of depth interviews with Data Centre managers in the UK, France and Italy examining consolidation and virtualisation strategies, for a major vendor of IT products and services.  A follow-up survey in 2007 used 300 telephone interviews with senior IT managers across the UK, France and Italy to quantify trends.

2001-2007  An annual programme of face-to-face and web interviews, in more than 40 countries, to audit business relationships for a vendor of technology products

2000-2007  Telephone interviews with Revenue Assurance managers in telecom operators to assess perceptions of risk from fraud and billing errors - Europe, Americas, Africa and Asia-Pacific

2006  Depth interviews for the UK's Department of Education and Skills examining reactions to a proposed communication programme

2006  Review of a UK government website and portal, comprising a programme of depth interviews with key stakeholders in the public and private sector

2006  Two waves of focus groups with mortgage brokers and financial advisers, in the UK and Ireland, examing user reaction to the functionality and services provided by a technology vendor to the mortgage industry

2006  An analysis of supply side trends in the European telecom market, examining market opportunities for a a major infrastructure vendor.  The report was based on interviews with industry participants and the analysis of published data.

2005-2006   Four focus groups in South Wales to assess interest in advanced broadband communications services

2006   Telephone survey with 400 employees of a UK goverment department to assess usage of and satisfaction with internal communications channels
